Movie Review - DARK KNIGHT

In fact, I don't really understand why recently the shows hitting the cinemas are running so long hours. But to be frank, it's value for my money.. Hehehehe...

Yesterday went for a moive @ Golden Village Yishun. Me, hubby, Karen, Royce, Vincent & Geling went to see the DARK KNIGHT. I don't really fancy heroic movie like Batman, Spiderman or even Superman. I did not even seen the movie previously showed are Spiderman 1 & 2 and like Batman Return... blah blah blah

Anyway, yesterday was the first time, I went to cinema to watch Batman. I should say, it's full of action pack and excitement. Just my taste and I like the story line. The follow-up to the action hit Batman Begins, The Dark Knight reunites director Christopher Nolan and star Christian Bale, who reprises the role of Batman/Bruce Wayne. In The Dark Knight, Batman raises the stakes in his war on crime. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the city streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as the Joker.

I agree. Just watch it 2 days ago. The story line is good. I do not see any reason why Heath Ledger shouldn't have won the Oscar for his potrayal in Joker.

Daphne - Guess we have to spend more to have a better seat.. I dun find any comfortable seats for the price of $10.00

Fieldoflove - I am also wondering. No wonder he can't leave the role even after filming. Too real..
