Gate Opening Tomorrow! You Scared?

Tomorrow is the yearly Hungry Ghost Festival. I'll bet the hasty situation gonna come back for the whole month. Still remembering when I am young, my parents will tell me to come home early and must be before the dark. If we are home late, they will follow us home and scare us to our wits.

Actually, talking about all these old woman tales is rather interesting. Let me jot down a few examples. We can't step onto the offerings on the floor if not our legs will swollen the next day. We can't put the word "die" on our mouth, otherwise those ghost will come after our lifes. Another traditional that we can't missed it is our Ge-Tai. A place where loads of artistes perform for the "buddy" to see and ofcos for us "human beings" too.. Oh! If you ever have a chance to see the Ge-Tai, remember not to occupy the front seats wor.. I heard mum saying those seats are reserved for the "Brothers". Old folks also did mentioned that we are not allow to go swimming during the festival cos "they" might grab our leg and drown us.. They are still many many more tales and its up to you whether you believed it or not.

Well well, for me, I will believed half and the balance half not. So remember to go home early today wor.. Don't exceed 12 midnight today so they won't follow you home on the very first day of their gate release.

Hate = Love = Hate

Someone once tells me "If there is hate meaning there is love. If there is no love there should be no hate". After all these years I've been thru from the age of 15 and I do believe in that. I have always been saying this too, "God had been fair to everyone of us. You will have this and will have to lose that too.. It's pretty fair and I've very much accept what God is giving us.

Recently a BFF of mine is really down and is in the darkest of her life now. I have been trying to pull her out of the dark hole but she choose to stay in there. It hurts me to see her being a mud in that dark hole. "Running away from anything doesn't help you solved the problem. Facing it bravely is the only way. I know its hard to know how you really feel cos only you yourself will know the true feeling in you. But before acting on anything, I suppose you should think of the people around you who is concern about you. Open up yourself and be brave to face all the obstacles. Life is like this nothing sweet from the initial."

For me, too, feeling rather bad since last Saturday. I seriously hate to quarrell with mum. Yah me Princess Fiona had a heat argument with my mummy.. That's bad ya.. But I can't control my temper. She seems to have change another person. She became more and more selfish even to her own children and also became more and more paranoid. I can't stand all these nonsense. What really happen was, she promised me something and dunno for what farking reasons, she change her mind again. She had been changing her mind over and over again. I seriously don't know what her friends had been "physcoling" her.. Damn it! My plan are all wreck by her. Guess much my holiday for this December to Korea will down too the drain too..

Arrrgghhhh... Don't wanna say much on these too.. It's making my blood boil again... Too many things had happen in these few days. I hope all my friends and kins around me will be happy and free from trouble always.

Was talking to Princess Yvonne on Wednesday about our blog's issues like the blogskins, links, nicknames and no. of readers. I told her that most of the blogs which came with the name "Princess" usually will have lots of unknown readers from round the world. True enough, most of my friends with the name "Princess" infront are having rather lotsa readers. Take for example, Princessa, Princess Winnillicous and Princess Yvonne. And I was joking to her that I wanna add a Princess infront of my name too.. (-_-") *Hehehe*

After much discussion, me came to a final decision. I am going to name myself as Princess Fiona aka Xiaoweini aka Berlin. Hahhaha... Yes! I have a princess name.. You guys must be thinking why I must still have Xiaoweini in the title.. Hahaha.. Simple, cos Xiaoweini is my gaming ID.. Hehehe... Why I choose Princess Fiona as my another nick? Reason is, I have many commons with her.

Feeling really lousy recently. I really hope I can do something for her but I doubt so.. The more I think, the more I feel that I should write down how I feel about love.

To me, love should be beautiful, sweet and warm. To me, love should be spending wonderful and precious time with your partner. To me, love should have a future. To me, love should not be selfish and must be understanding.

I do not know the whole picture of what's going on with my friends around me. I can't possibily listen to one party version of story and come to a conclusion. *Haiz* Lucky for me, I found my true love. One who is big hearted, willing to spend his precious time with me. One who always gave me anything I need. One who is willing to accept my bad points and most importanly love me with his whole heart. Wondering is it that difficult to find one true love now a days.

I Feel it to Buddy

This few days I have been a little down. Don't know if is due to my menses or is it due to one of my BFF Princess Yvonne. Recently, she is a little down due to something something (not able to reveal without her permission).

Last Friday, she called me saying she is not feeling good and hope that I can bring her to the beach. She need the sea breeze to clear her mind, she needs someone to be by her side. Went to Yishun dam to look for her and found her there. She was sitting lonely in the rain, looking blankly @ the waters. This hurts me. What is happening to her. First time seeing her this way. At that very time, I hope my presence can make her at least happy to know that someone is always there to listen her woes when she needs it. After listening to her, I can understand what she is facing now. I hope all these will end real soon and hope her someone special can bring back my old Yvonne. It's a heartbreak to see her cry. Hey! Don't get the wrong idea! I am not a LES.. I am easily affected by my friends emotion. They sad, I will to be sad.

Gal.. You need to stay strong.. Remember.. There is always someone by your side.. You are always been loved..

Oh.. Another BFF was in trouble too.. She (Esther) had an accident on last Sunday. And that idiotic driver of the other party initially admitted that he had not expected that she came so fast that's why he cut into his lane. But who knows the next moment, he says that it was her who cut into HIS bloody farking lane. Oops. See I am again so agitated. I can't stand such an idiotic person. Hmmm... Then Esther came over to my workshop for E-filing. Thanks to her, she *pichak my lobang*.. (Shall be a secret). Anyhow, the quote that my KNN manager quoted was very high and her boyfriend's workshop quoted cheaper so she decided to let them repair the car. Ofcos the repair cost is paid by the idiotic nice third party driver.

I really hope God will give my happiness to them, make them happy always. Keep all the troubles away from them..

Movie Review - DARK KNIGHT

In fact, I don't really understand why recently the shows hitting the cinemas are running so long hours. But to be frank, it's value for my money.. Hehehehe...

Yesterday went for a moive @ Golden Village Yishun. Me, hubby, Karen, Royce, Vincent & Geling went to see the DARK KNIGHT. I don't really fancy heroic movie like Batman, Spiderman or even Superman. I did not even seen the movie previously showed are Spiderman 1 & 2 and like Batman Return... blah blah blah

Anyway, yesterday was the first time, I went to cinema to watch Batman. I should say, it's full of action pack and excitement. Just my taste and I like the story line.The follow-up to the action hit Batman Begins, The Dark Knight reunites director Christopher Nolan and star Christian Bale, who reprises the role of Batman/Bruce Wayne. In The Dark Knight, Batman raises the stakes in his war on crime. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the city streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as the Joker.

I will Slaughter him!

Sooner or later, I will really slaughter NIKI. I am getting mad with him disturbing my nights caused me sleepless. Recently, I am having hard time getting myself a good rest @ nite. My dear Maltese Niki is making me mad. He would either lick me, step on me or drag all my clothes out from my open concept wardrobe. The worst part is @ times, he will bark if there is any movement outside the house. EG. Neighbour going to work & the sound from opening their gates will make him bake.

Nonsense! All the nonsense is coming from him. I think sooner or later, with the amount of sleep and the mental torment from him, I might one day lost my control and slaughter him..

Hahaha.. Nonsense from me too.. How would I bear to slaughter my dear little daring? He is a present from hubby since my previous Poodle passed away. But I really need to teach him a lesson for disturbing my sleep. Shall get him locked up in his punishment cage.

FEELING LOUSY FOR MISSING IT

Gosh!! Why must it clash with the company dinner? *Faint* I thought this year I would be able to make it to the Ping Anniversary Party but.. but... I guess I might have to give it a miss again. This year my boss have invited me to a company dinner as an appreciation.. So how I can give a miss wor.. Hmmmm... How how how howwwww...

I am still pondering if to give up the dinner with my boss or to give up Ping party or to go Ping party @ a later time or to go later for the dinner.. Hmmm... Anyone can help solve?? One hand boss (my future) another hand party time (my present).. hahahahaha..

A Painful Show - Red Cliff

Hahaha... The first time in my life, my buttocks and my spine is painful after watching a show. Yup yup! I went to watch RED CLIFF yesterday with Karen, Royce, Sherard, Rina & hubby @ Yishun Golden Village. Although the show is not very long but all thanks to my spine.. I can't sit quietly throughout the show but keep on fidgeting.. Haiz

Hmmm.. I would say this is a very nice show if you like fighting / war scene, blood gushing out everywhere, bodies all around the place (like me). Hahaha... Its rather excited and watching this show makes me feel that I am playing my PSP - Dynasty Warrior...

I love the graphics and the dialogue.. It's a little funny out of the serious history lesson. But I hate it too.. How come only half of the show.. WHERE the hell is the ending? WHAT happen to the battleship of Cao Cao? DID Zhu Ge Liang (by Takashi Kaneshiro) and Zhou Yu (by Tony Leong) win the battle that time? Arrgghhh.. Must wait again. Oh yah! In case you were thinking what I am saying, let me explain. The show ended at the battle where Liu Bei's army lead by Zhu Ge Liang & Zhou Yu and the won the land battle but there is still battle on the sea which they did not show. Well needless to say, the show ended there with TO BE CONTINUED..

Hope Part 2 release soon before everyone forgotten the storyline of Part 1.. I will slowly and patiently wait.. I won't rant... =)

Warmth can be still found in this world

Lots of people around me include myself keep saying that nowsaday the society is getting more and more cold (in terms of relationship). Nobody is ready to help each other or even give a little concern to their friends or even their next ones. But recently, I came to know that I was all wrong.. WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!!!

There are still warmth in this present world.. I was not feeling well since last week and all my friends and even Pingsters are all very concern about me.. I am really touched.. Now I feel my pressence in this world.. THANKS GUYS & GALS for your concern and regards. I am alright now although still feeling the pain..




Haiz... talking about my pain.. After 2 days of working in KFC after my full time job, my spine pain seems had slowly creeping in.. Initially, after a long week break, I don't really feeling the sharp pain anymore. (only feeling abit sore and slight pain). But now, it seems that I am starting to feel the sharp pain.. Haiz... I hope it do goes off by next week.. Otherwise I will really have to go back to see the doctor again..

Sotong Doctor V.S Sotong Me

Remember my previous post about me having the spiral pain? I have mentioned that I went to see doctor on last Saturday. Something hilarious happened when I went back to work.

I was supposed to submit my MC and the medical bill to my boss when I was back in office yesterday. I, happily filling up the petty cash form and took out the money from the petty cash and something happened! Sotong me only came to realised that the MC the Sotong Doctor given me was wrong date. Gosh! I am in dead meat. How can I submit the MC with the wrong date given. Therefore, I withdraw the claim and return back the money to the petty cash.. *Sob sob*

This is what happen on last Saturday.
I went to see the doctor for the 2nd time with hubby but at a different poly clinic. The doctor was telling me that I could be suffering tail spine muscle strain and its very common among OLs. He was telling me that I should monitor for another 2 more weeks and if the pain or numbness still persist, I should go back to the same polyclinic and they will do an X-Ray for me. If there is a need, they will also refer me to specialist for some physio therapy. Then the doctor also ask me to stand once every hour when I sit in the office to ensure the blood circulation. He also said that he will teach me how to exercise to lessen the pain on the spine muscle. But it was interrupted with a phone call to him. After the phone call, the sotong doctor forgotten to teach me the exercise and sotong me also forgot to ask him. Later, he prescript some vitamins for my nerves, pain killer for the pain, medication for the gastric to go along with the pain killer and sleeping pills as sotong doctor could see that I am very tired. Then he ask me if I needed an MC for that day but I rejected, telling him that I am off on Saturday. Then sotong doctor say he will then give me the MC on following Monday then. So sotong doctor printed out the MC and pass it to sotong me. Sotong me took over without checking and went down straight to the pharmacy to collect my medication and left for home.

Sotong me still did not realise anything wrong. Sotong me was so called drowsy for the whole week due to the medication and was even worst as I took the sleeping pills. I was totally knocked out from Saturday to Sunday and to Monday. So Sotong me only get to realise that the MC was given wrong date yesterday. Imagine, I don't even know the date when I reached office. Totally mess up the time and date since last week. Till now, I am still like sleepwalking. Hahaha... I can't even remember what I did yesterday.

I had already called up polyclinic to verify this issue and hoping they could reproduce me the MC. If not otherwise, I will have to lie to my boss that both the MC and medical bill is lost.... SHHHHH... Pls help me to keep a secret if you know my boss.. Don't sabo me wor... If not I am in deep shit liao..

Is my Pain ease?

Finally, I am back to work after rotting @ home for the past few days.. Ofcos, my spine pain had been better. Went to the doctor for 2nd time on Sat, and this time round he gave me a strong dosage for the pain killer, and instead of cream to rub, he given me some plaster.. Oh, he also given me some sleeping pills. He wants me to sleep.

The past few days is like dreaming to me. I have been sleeping the whole day long, except for waking up to bathe and eat. Other than that, I have been sleeping. In fact till today, in office, I'm still feeling a little drowsy. I am like dreaming.. The pain is still there but had already ease a little. The doctor says that if the pain still persist for the next 2 weeks, I might need to go hospital for some physio. Haiz.. This time, my health is lighting amber..

I really hope that the pain will go off by the next 2 weeks. I hate going to hospital. I wanna be back to normal as soon as possible. Now what I have to do is to follow doctor's instruction. I have to walk around after sitting for 1 hour in office. I have to AVOID carry heavy things or bend too much as I need to give the spine a rest. Alright, I think that should be all. Any I should be able to blog slowly le ba since I can now tahan the pain for few hours liao.. See ya then..

PLS BEAR WITH ME

Sorry for not blogging for the past 2 weeks. In fact, I am suffering from spiral bone pain and sore.. I could not sit or stand for more than 10 mins. The pain is killing me, panadol or even doctor prescription for the pain killer is no use. The cream for rubbing on the sore area isn't helping too.. Feel like dying.. The pain is simply unbearable.. I am beginning to worry. Is it something wrong with me?

Alright shall stop here, the pain is torturing me again.. Tataz..
